Dates and Hours of Operation
Montana Mountain can be visited and enjoyed year-round.
Hiking and biking on the lower mountain is possible from mid-May to mid-October. Trails in the mid-mountain are clear of snow by mid-June and remain open until mid-October. The alpine is usually clear of snow by early July. With the long Yukon summer days, we encourage you to come out and play from sunup to sundown!
Note that riding the trails when there is snow or very moist ground erodes trails and creates maintenance problems. Please don’t push the season! Check in with our Facebook page for updates on what trails are open.
Skiing, snowmobiling, and snowshoeing are possible from mid-November until late April. Park at the bottom of the mountain.
